Theodore M. Hoeller,
Sr.

Theodore M. Hoeller, Sr.’s career has spanned over forty years in the fields of transportation, real estate development and marketing. Mr. Hoeller has also served as a consultant and CEO or COO for emerging companies in the semiconductor, chemical and general aviation fields. He has served in leadership and volunteer positions with civic, charitable, fraternal, university and religious groups; and has been appointed to various governmental boards in the areas of real estate appraisal, public transportation services, chambers of commerce and airport management. Mr. Hoeller has a B.A. degree from DePaul University and an Associate of Applied Science degree. His diverse industry and civic experience enables him to provide leadership and operational management for AMCIPS. He is especially interested in sustainable development and has recently utilized his real estate development experience and expertise to focus on sustainable development issues, studies, and consulting services. He is a member of the World Affairs Council and Dallas Committee On Foreign Relations.
