AMCIPS Chairman and President Theodore M. Hoeller, Sr. is pleased to announce the winner of the first annual AMCIPS college student essay contest. The contest was won by Annie Hsieh, a Cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. We have placed Annie's winning essay on our AMCIPS website and are very happy to announce that Annie's essay will also be published by the U.S. Naval Institute in their Proceedings magazine.
